in a wide variety of business and organizations.
Some of the products we manufacture include

-Signs for Communication
-Large format high visibility graphics to enhance Corporate Image

Wilcro is currently seeking one individual to be provide management and coordination in completing incoming orders.

The following areas are within the job description

Graphic Designer
-reading and understanding incoming sales orders
-use computer software to design a job per customers requests
-work with customers to ensure their specifications are fufilled
-organize and coordinate details of the sales order to pass onto production
 

Orders are designed on computer using a few core Windows based programs including:
-Cadlink Engraving Software
-Corel Draw
-PhotoShop
-Illustrator

Experience with these specific programs is not necessary, however
proficiency with graphic software is essential.


Graphics & Sign Order Production

Once trained, employee will have a complete knowledge of how a product will be manufactured.  Knowledge of materials, production process, machinery capabilities, estimated production times, shipping methods will be essestial.  The use of the following machinery will be trained:

-operate large format digital printers
-operate laser and rotary engravers
-operate laminating equipment
-trim large format prints for production
-trim and finish signs for shipment
-basic installation of signs at customer sites
-assist with production as directed
-Assist with the overall company operations and production

Once a product is produced on the machinery the hired individual will do necessary
 finishing steps and direct employees to prepare the order for shipment
.
Organization and Efficency

Employee will Coordinate and Manage all aspects of the production process
-Graphic Design
-Pre Production Planning
-Customer Service
-Production Scheduling
-Supervision of  production employees
-Quality standards of orders
